Terms and Conditions

1. Order Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your order via email, text, or phone call.

2. Allergen Disclosure: I agree to disclose any and all allergens when placing my order and will not hold us liable for any allergic reactions.

3. Payment: I agree to pay the full amount at the time the order is agreed upon between myself and Sweet Comforts Bakery to confirm my order.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 Days or More: Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice from scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a 75% refund.

  • Less Than 7 Days but Up to 48 Hours: Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a 50% refund.

  • Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice from scheduled pickup or delivery will forfeit any refund.

5. Order Changes: Any changes to the order must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Additional fees may apply.

6. Pickup and Delivery:

  • Pickup: I agree to pick up my order at the agreed-upon destination at the agreed-upon time.

  • Delivery: If delivery is requested, I agree to pay any applicable delivery charges. Sweet Comforts Bakery is not responsible for delays or issues if the customer is not available to receive the delivery.

7. Remaining Balance: I agree to pay the remaining balance due at pickup (if applicable).
8. Quality Assurance: Sweet Comforts Bakery ensures the highest quality of ingredients and products. However, slight variations may occur as all items are handmade.

9. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information and to check their order upon receipt.

10. Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be consumed beyond a reasonable amount.

11. Liability: Sweet Comforts Bakery and its owner will not be held liable for any reason once the baked goods have transferred hands, unless it qualifies for Refund Eligibility.
12. Data Collection and Use: Sweet Comforts Bakery collects and uses personal data (such as names, contact information, and order details) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders. It is not shared with any third parties.

13. Force Majeure: Sweet Comforts Bakery is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

14. Refusal of Service: Sweet Comforts Bakery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, provided that the reason is not discriminatory based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

By placing an order with Sweet Comforts Bakery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
